Bitters and Bones is an Adirondack-inspired rustic-industrial tavern. Bitters and Bones offers signature cocktails, craft beer, and fresh local cuisine with love. Born and raised in Saranac Lake, the owners of Bitters and Bones set out to see the world and all its beauty, only to find there was no true competition to that of the Adirondack​ Mountains. The Bitters and Bones logo was inspired by hand-painted billboard signs in the 1950s, which gave us a classy American diner aesthetic as seen through our menus.
